REVOLVE space divider

REVOLVE is a modular space divider developed as a structural element for organising and articulating space.

The system is composed of three-dimensional terracotta elements mounted on a vertical axis, allowing each unit to rotate independently. This simple mechanism enables the divider to adapt to different spatial conditions, controlling openness, light, and visual permeability without the need for additional structure.

REVOLVE is developed through material testing with extruded terracotta. The rough, untreated surface of red clay is kept intentionally direct, allowing material texture, weight, and shadow to define the character of the piece rather than applied finishes.

The system can be configured in varying heights, widths, and densities, and is produced to suit both private interiors and larger architectural contexts.
