The elegant Vieno series is inspired by the Finnish vernacular furniture. It brings calm and elegance to any interior without shouting for attention. The subtle curves and soft forms please the eye and feel good to the touch. Vieno dining table combined with Vieno benches creates an open dining area to gather over with friends and family.

Vieno benches are made from PEFC certified solid wood. Available in ash, oak and smoky oak.

ABOUT THE DESIGN:

In the Vieno-series the Designer-in-Chief Ville Auvinen was able to give a dining table - a very limited typology in terms of what you can do - an elegant appearance without too much clutter. Just a small gesture in the legs give Vieno-series its’ recognizable character.

The wood for the legs is carefully selected and individually sawed from the plank to match the curve. The production combines industrial processes with craft work creating a high-quality piece.

In the Vieno-series the Designer-in-Chief Ville Auvinen was able to give a dining table - a very limited typology in terms of what you can do - an elegant appearance without too much clutter. Just a small gesture in the legs give Vieno-series its’ recognizable character.

The rounded edges feel good to lean on and invite to touch. Embracing the core of Finnish sauna culture - on Vieno there is always room for one more.
